I'm currently taking 2mg robinul,i can see a positive result on this but im having a dry throat,is there any medicine or remedies to cure it?

Hi. It's good to hear that you're having a positive result. 
Re the dry throat, this unfortunately is quite a common side-effect of these medications. All I found you can do really is drink as much fluid as is safely possible, and sometimes I found throat sweets, lozenges etc helped (oh, and also chewing gum).
